There is no "Export Orders" button on the top of my Orders page. Where is it?

Searched how to export Orders report and keep finding the same answer, "Click on the Export Orders button on the top right."  There is no button. There is an "Edit orders" button.  Where is the Export button?

This should be done on a computer. Is that what you were using? 

To export Order data, go to the Orders page on your dashboard and click the Export Orders button.

Once you’ve made your selections and click Export - you’ll receive an email with a link to download the file. Hope this helps!

Hi, I'm having this problem too. If you have a moment, where is the right page? I click on orders and all I see is an add for Cash app, no export button. I've clicked around to transactions and all over. Thanks for your help!

Are you looking on a computer to try and see this? 

Going through an internet browser like Google Chrome will show the available options like Isabelle showed in her screenshot above. 

Please let me know if you're still not seeing it and I am happy to circle back.

This can be found when visiting your Square Online overview page. 

Please visit: Square Dashboard > Ecommerce > Online > Orders
