The option for tips isnt showing

When I send an invoice the customer says they dont have the option to leave a tip no more

Thanks for reaching out. Our Square Invoice settings allow customers to tip when paying the Invoice. This feature needs to be checked off before the invoice is sent out (see picture below). Otherwise, it will not allow your customer to add a tip at checkout.
