The item grid is not displaying on the new tablet

When I log in to my ipad and samsung tablet, I am able to see the item grid with the product pics. I just purchased 2 new tablets, when I use the same login I only see the item list. When I create items ,it doenst give me the option to set up grid.help

What are the make and models of the two new tablets you purchased? Is it the same as the Samsung tablet you already had?
