I run a small coffee shop. I would really like a text to order option, or an option for customers to order ahead of time. What options do we have through square?

Customers can order ahead of time if you're using the Online Store for pickups.
We don't offer any kind of text to order option but you can order ahead with the Online Store as mentioned above.
@ashc, thank you for the reply. To followup with another question, I haven't looked around at the online store too much just yet. Can I add individual drinks to the online store? Basically making our entire menu available, and they have a "pick up" option? If this is something I can do, is there a way I can make it so they can't have it delivered? In other words, I don't want somebody ordering a latte and then paying for shipping! lol
I don't know, I'm sure these are dumb questions, but I'm just getting into it.

Yes you can make items for pickup only under > Pickup & Delivery on the site editor. There you can select which ones you want enabled and disable the delivery option.
