Team app Clock in and out issues with different locations and Scheduling employees

Hi there, 

I have 2 physical store locations and one warehouse location. The people at the warehouse (they are 2 ppl) can clock in and out from their own phones. 

The stores are using Square Retail, so they are clocking in and out in their own location with Square Registers. 

We currently use 3rd party scheduling part but I am wanting to change to the square schedule. 
I played around it but

I don't want store employees who work at the store to clock in on their way to work (which I turned off the clock in/out option - but then ppl who are in the warehouse cannot clock in/out.

So is there any way to turn on and off the clock in/out option to make it on and off in different locations? 

Summary, I want to use square scheduling but I don't want store employees to clock in/out on their phone but I want warehouse employees to clock in/out on their phone. 

I need help with how to do this. If not I can still use 3rd party scheduling app but it would be nice since Square offers a scheduling option.

Hi @yem! Unfortunately location specific clock-in from the Square Team app is not yet a feature: either all staff at all locations can clock-in/out with the app, or no one can. 

We pay our baker for the time she spends picking up ingredients from local suppliers on her way into work, and having to manually adjust her clock in time was a huge hassle. My workaround was to give her a permission set that lets her access the mobile point of sale. She downloaded the Square Point of Sale app on her phone, signed in with her email/password, and clocks in from there. She has no other permissions: she can't see transactions, reports, etc. She could accept payments if she wanted to, but I can't see any reason for her to do that. 

I do hope that Square can make it so that we can allow clocking in through the Square Team app at specific locations, that would make my life easier and mean that my baker doesn't have to download yet another app for work.

Thank you, yes that would make it so much easier. My warehouse employees set as Mobile POS and changed the permissions over there. So maybe i will keep using 3rd party then, thanks guys
