Taking Down Payments

All threads that I can find on the topic of downpayments are over 2 years old - I'm hopeful that there may have been an update to the systems since 2016!

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to take a down payments (say 50%) of the invoice total.

Sounds like you're looking for the ability to take partial payments which is currently in beta. You can learn more about it at Test Partial Payments in the Invoices Request Deposit Beta.
