Is there a way to create a sale, take a payment, but denote that the order isn't complete/shiped?
I need to keep track of orders that need to have work done or be packaged and shipped, but once the payment is taken, the order closes and that's it. I realize I could run a report based on the item or a modifier and manually confirm, but really like to do that in dashboard. I could just keep the ticket open and invoice the customer later, but I would prefer giving the customer a printout or email of the order they made before they leave and I'd like to ensure payment before I waste materials completing the order. Then have an option of looking at incomplete orders, complete it, and mark it completed/shipped in the system.
