TSP100III not recognized

Hi!

I have purchased a Star TSP100III printer.
On amazon and Youtube, it said it was compatible with the Square Stand.

When I connect the printer, my stand does not recognized it. Nothing when I go through the settings either.
Can you help me?

I have the Square Stand for Air Ipod.

Hey @Kaaaaarine - Sorry to hear you're having issues connecting your printer to your Square Stand. Do you mind providing more detail about how you have your printer connected (i.e. Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB, etc.)?
