Now I'm showing connected, but when I look at settings on Square the device is DS6707. The scanner is LS2800. Help!!!
@YBB - So sorry to hear about the trouble! With a little luck and some troubleshooting, we should be able to get you up and running again. Please try out these troubleshooting steps:
- Check for software updates for the iPad and the Square Register app
- Remove the iPad from the Square Stand and power it off, and then back on
- Unplug Square Stand and all accessories from the hub, and then plug them back in
- Delete, and then reinstall the Square Register app
Please let me know if this does the trick!
Thanks, it turned out to be the wire on the bottom of the Square stand was loose. Taped it and all secure and working.
