Switch from Square 7.1 to 7.0

I'm just now setting up my website.  I'm really confused.  I do know that 7.1 doesn't have the things I need, but chose 7.1 when playing around.  How do I change this back.  Either it changes or I go to a different store host like Shopify.

I think you’re talking about Squarespace, which is a completely different company from Square.
