Swap/request cover shifts with owner in scheduling app

As the owner of my business, there will be times when I need to swap shifts or take a shift from an employee. I currently get an error because I am titled as the "owner" while my employees are titled "juice specialist." I can't seem to find a way to add multiple titles to even change my title to fix this - the option is greyed out with lines through it.

 

It should be obvious that the account owner can/will be working any/all types of shifts as well as the need to swap/cover employees.

You should be able to edit your own job title from Owner to anything else, @kbrandhagen.

Also - if you use Team Plus, you can assign yourself multiple job titles.

 

Both of these actions can be taken from the job modal - I hope this helps, but let us know if you have questions!
