Suggestion for Locations and Employees

I just added a location and every employee requires access.  Now I have to go individually through all of my employees and enable that location for them.

1) It would be nice if when adding a location, it would ask if I wanted to give all employees access.

2) Even better would be to have locations part of the "Role" so that I could apply access in groups instead of individually.
