I am trying to correct AN INCORRECT employee email address in the dashboard. To no avail of course. Is this such a pain or impossible by design? Tying to sell quickbooks payroll? Any help much appreciated.
Hi there, @Bentbine - thanks for reaching out to us here on the Seller Community! So sorry for the trouble that you've had with your Online Dashboard. This definitely sounds strange, indeed.
You should be able to actively edit an email address assigned to an employee from the individuals Team Member Profile from the Online Dashboard. It's possible that the issue you are experiencing might be stemming from browser orientation issues. Would you mind trying out these troubleshooting steps? They will more than likely resolve any outstanding discrepancies you are experiencing.
