Square Processing of Services related to CBD products

I am starting a grocery shopping & delivery business. I'd like to offer services where I pick up & pay for CBD products from a local shop and then deliver to my customer for a delivery fee. Does Square allow processing for me purchasing the CBD product & delivering? I'd create a Square invoice with reimbursement cost of cbd product (no reselling to customer or price markups) and my delivery service fee.

Hello @Ladybugshopper thanks for your post. I can't speak for Square and whether or not this is permissible, but I would check with this post about the CBD seller program. Perhaps there is info there to help answer your question. If you don't find an answer I would contact support and check directly before you start accepting/processing payments and run into any issues related to CBD items.
