Yesterday square payment gateway stopped working on our bigcommerce site. Customers were calling all day saying it wasnt working. I have two payment options on our site (luckysliquor.com):
1. Square
2. PayPal Express
I placed an order myself using the square gateway and it didnt work.
I then placed an order using paypal express and it worked. I tried to disconnect the square integration and reconnect and it says no location found or something like that. Is there something wrong?

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop. Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
