Square Marketing: Why does one customer show they've opened a marketing email multiple times?

The title of this post has been edited by a moderator.

 

Under the email reporting (so cool by the way) 1 customer showed pretty quickly "4 opens" of the same email. What would cause this? I doubt the customer went out and into the email 4 times in a row but this is a new platform for me. Thanks!

I double checked with one of our Marketing specialists. Any time your customer opens your campaign email (if they need to go back and reference something or re-read) it will tally up each "open" next to their name. Also, if they forward your campaign to other people, that "open" number will also include each of those forwarded opens.

 

Hope this helps clear things up. Sounds like people are liking what you're putting out there!
