Square Gods and Godess PLEASE HELP: Way to add additional balance to overdue invoice?

I would be eternally grateful if you could develop a way to automatically add an option to set either a flat dollar amount late fee or a percentage of the balance (like when your bill says late fees are charged at 12% annum) to all invoices that are overdue. If it could be set as an option that could be turned off or on, for those who don't want to use it, it would probably be even more fantastic. It is just extremely time consuming to go into my EHR billing software and add the late fee there, then go into Square invoices and add it there as well. It is also a way for Square to increase their revenue, because if my patients aren't paying in a timely manner, and late fees get added, then when they do pay, Square gets a higher sale.

Thank you for considering this option that would save me so much time, and could potentially make you all some extra money as well.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up—I can see how automating late fee tracking would be helpful for a variety businesses.

While this feature is not built in at this time, I'll make sure that the proper team members see your post. Hopefully, we'll be able to work a small miracle like this into a future iteration of Square Invoices.
