How can a multi-billion dollar company (in market cap) can be so sloppy with their product UI/UX design? I use Square Appointments for my side business, and the UI is awful. It took me 10 minutes to redesign the dropdown element. Yes, 10 minutes! Why can't you? I had clients who booked the wrong service because of your awful and not intuitive UI.
