I have volunteers that take payments at various locations.
How to they sign out when they are finished without allowing "Change settings" permission?
I do not want to give these volunteers any permissions - I want to keep things simple and reduce
the likelihood of user errors.

If you've added an employee and enabled them as a Mobile Cashier for both locations, you can still disable access to Settings and they can sign out/in as needed to switch locations.
When they go to the Settings page, each area will show as "Restricted" but the Sign Out button will be available. Hope that helps,

I have a similar issue about signing out. When I added locations I enable all my employees for all locations so they could sign out to change when they needed to but when signing out it asked for an employee code unless they were a manage or admin or owner. I tried to see which permissions I might have missed for mobile cashiers even enabling access mobile point of sale to see if that would help but still asked for manager or higher code. What am I missing?
Hi @PVS. Well you might need to give us a call to look at your exact set up, generally speaking, only employees designated as "Mobile Cashiers" can log in to your account from a device. If they're listed just as employees, they'll only be able to do sales on a device that is already logged in by you or another administrator.
