I used to be able to add Shipping to the orders I receive on line. That feature seems to be gone with the upgraded system. What happened? Most the orders I receive on line need to be shipped and I'd like to be able to collect for my shipping expense.

i thought it was just me. my shipping option is no longer available either. when i try to redo it, i get this error message and i am unable to add my store name.

Have you tried going to > Settings > General from the Square Online overview page, clicking > Edit for your store information and changing the Company Name there?
