Shipping Rate

We have Square and Weebly for a year and we still having issues with the calculation on shipping of the items on the website. Any ideas. We have Real time USPS rates on.

I don't have a perfect answer, and I think that's partly because shipping is never a perfect science. 

For me, it's been about averages.  Some orders the customer overpays on shipping and some they underpay - but it averages out for the most part.  If you have real time USPS rates on, then you should be pretty accurate!  Can you give us some examples of the issues you're seeing with calculations?
