Hey everyone, I'm posting today asking a question with how everyone feels about the shipping notifications for customers, if you do ship to the States. For example, I've tested it with customers and the only notification they get is when I create the label, and the notification says 'Package has been shipped'. Many businesses I see recently put out at least three notifications, when it was shipped, when it is out for delivery locally, and when it has arrived, and for me, I only get the first one. I think many people would benefit off of more in depth updates, because customers could track it a lot easier through email/phone.

At the moment, you can add the shipping carrier and include a tracking number so your customers can check on the progress of the delivery themselves.
The types of updates you're referring to are usually directly provided/pushed through by the shipping carrier. So rather than you having to manually check and update the tracking info for each step, the updates would be shared with the customer by the carrier. Hopefully, this is something we can integrate directly in the future! Feel free to let us know which carrier(s) you're using for your orders so we can track demand here as well.
