@Shrimpyramine This might be different depending on whether you are using the restaurants app or the point of sale app, but I utilize OPEN TICKETS with the point of sale app. I will ring up one tray total and save the ticket and it will send it to the kitchen immediately and then ring up the next set and have 2 checks for the party.
With the restaurants app, you should be able to send tickets. I haven't used it with table seating, but it should still function similarly.
