I sell original artworks which are one-offs. Currently customers can add multiple items of the same original artwork in their cart which is impossible to deliver. How can I limit my items to one only?
Hello, thanks for your question. In your Square Dashboard you can select your Items. When you add/create your item (which would be your original artwork), you can set your quantity to 1 (one). When that item is sold, then it would be marked out of stock.

I have this same issue, where do you "set your quantity to 1 (one)"?
From the Item Library you'll open the item you want to set a quantity on.
Scroll down to the area "Tracking", you'll see a little toggle on the right hand side. From there you can receive stock.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you only want in stock items showing on your website you should turn off showing out of stock items, that can be done here
