How do I run a report showing number of sales, average gross sale, and gross sales for several days. Seems like it would be simple but I can't find it.

Thank you for reaching out about reports! 

If you're not seeing everything on your Sales Report, you have the option to create a custom report on your Dashboard. 

Once you set up this report, you can set the date range to show only the timeframes you'd like. Check out this Support Article with more info
