Is it possible to reuse passcodes once they have been removed from a team member? I have spent the time to clean up deactivated team members and organize better the passcodes so they match the team id.
However even after I have removed/"freed up" a passcode it still gives me the error message that it is assigned to someone.... Is there a way to reset passcodes for our company?
Hey @GelatoFestival! That's weird. I just tried to change some passcodes on my own demo account I have for testing purposes. It let me reuse a passcode on a different employee that was once used on an old one.
Are you going to the employee from Team Members > clicking employee > under Permissions, selecting "edit" > and changing the personal passcode from there?
