Restaurant Bypass Add to Check

Is there a way to bypass the "Add to Check" button on Square for Restaurants?  This extra step really slows down our ability to take phone orders and is absolutely unnecessary.  I would like the dish that I press to be automatically added to the check without another page popping up and a button to press before I can move on to the next one.  Only about 5% of the items that customers order need a modifier.  If I want to modify a dish I would rather select the dish and then modify it instead of modifiers popping up with EVERY dish I enter and then being asked to "Add to Check."

@Melody864 In your square online dashboard edit the item and towards the bottom there is a slider that says automatically add item to check.  Just toggle this on and when you hit an item it will automatically go to the check.  You are correct you can then tap and edit the item.

As a note if you have multiple variations of 1 item it will only select the first one.  I had an item that had 2 variations.  1 was 2.99 and a second variation 2 for 5.00.  Well you had to edit the item to switch variations.  Just an fyi.

Hope this helps
