I looked around and didn't see anything, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing it.
Is it possible to run reports that show only NEW customers that have been added? I'm running new ads on a few places and I would like a fast way to track how many new customers we have weekly.
I don't think there is a run new customer report in square. But this is the way I do it. I export & download all of the customers into an excel spreadsheet then I use the data filters and sort the customers by the last visit date and take then manually look down the list and delete all the older ones. I do it for a week but your "new customer's" may be longer or shorter. Hope that helps.
I'm also trying to run a report to find the average number of new customers that we add per week. I can see how many customers we added on any given day, but I don't see an average anywhere. We're a nonprofit grocery store and it would be helpful to have this metric for our fundraising purposes.

One clarifying question here, are you currently using the Square Loyalty Subscription? The ability to produce a report on the average number of new customers is not currently available. We do have the ability to pull reports based upon customer frequency within the Loyalty Subscription, but a designation report for new customers would still be considered a feature request.
I do agree that this would be a useful feature for your business, so I am going to pass your feedback over to our Product Teams. If there is any update in the future, I will be sure to share it here.
