My Food Truck business uses Square Register in Off-Line mode and routinely experiences failed transactions.
I receive an email for each one.
Is there a way to run an annual report for total failed transactions? Thank you
I believe that you can see them in your transactions downladable file.

once you pick your date range you can click the export button and then choose the transactions.csv. Then in column AE I believe would be the transaction result.
