Remove delivery slots

We offer daily deliveries of Graze boxes between 8am and Midday. We have auto schedule timings etc on so people can order in advance for special occasions etc but is there a way to allow customers to choose a day but not a time? We physically cant be at 4 different addresses at 2 ends of our town at the same time so ideally we'd like people to only be able to select a day and not a time for delivery. We'd then include a message to state our delivery time slots - 8-9am for breakfast graze and 9am-midday for all other Graze. I cant figure out how to do this 😞

Hi there @AylaGraze, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community. 

 

At the moment the only way to disable specific delivery times would be to disable 'Calculate & assign delivery times automatically' from your fulfilment settings. 

 

Square Online Dashboard > Pickup and Delivery Settings > Order timing > turn off calculate and assign pickup times automatically.

However in doing so this will also disable delivery days being assigned to orders. 

 

As a workaround if you know in advance the exact date/days you are delivering, you can make them into a required modifier for each item and your customers can input their preferred delivery date.

Square Online > Items > Site Items > Select Item > Modifiers > Create new > Text box > Make this a required field.
