Refund authorization

How am I able to fix it to where I am only able to authorize refunds when other students use the cash drawer.  I don't want cashiers to be able to refund without my OK.

Hi there, @rperry! This is a great question.

 

You should be able to tailor your employees permissions directly from the Team Tab on the left-hand side of the Online Dashboard. 

 

Once your in the Team Tab, select Permissions > the role you are looking to edit. This will open up an edit window for you to select which permissions your employees can have access to. Keep in mind that your permissions will only apply to your employees who have been assigned to that particular role that you've edited permissions for.
