Recently starting getting "400 Bad Request Request Header" accessing Weebly online store from square

Yesterday and today, I started getting this error when I try to access my Weebly online store from main Square dashboard.

 

Is anyone else seeing this - and has resolved? I saw a note about clearing browser cache which I did but it didn't have any effect.

Are you still experiencing this error when trying to see your Online Store? 

 

Also, are you using Google Chrome whenever you're trying to access it?

Thanks @Kassi_. It seemed to settled down. Did not experience it since Saturday. Yes using Google Chrome.

Thanks for shooting those details over. Interested, indeed. When you get a chance, would you mind trying out these troubleshooting steps? They are related to software issues with the Online Dashboard, but should also be effective here for your Online Store.

Hi Joe.

 

Unfortunately this is back for me with web address: https://www.weebly.com/app/square-sync/auth/square

I tried the troubleshooting step of clearing cache to no avail.

 

Not sure how I managed to get it working again last time.

 

Only other detail here is that, in addition to helping configure some square accounts, I do have a separate login for weebly.com for two other sites I manage that are not associated with a square account. Not sure if the Square-to-Weebly store editor is somehow being confused by this.

 

Scratching my head on this one. Thankfully I don't have to do any editing of the store right now.

More info here. 

 

I had cleared out cache earlier this morning and tried right away - to now avail.

 

However, I just got it to work again as I needed to go and look at our tax setting in the on-line store. When I was done, I pressed the Home icon in the left navigation to go directly back to the Square dashboard. 

 

Then, just on a hunch, I clicked to go back into the on-line store, and was able to reproduce the <400 Bad Request/Request Header or Cookie Too Large/nginx> error.

Super strange 😬 Thanks for running through troubleshooting. Sorry they didn't help any. I suggest reaching out to our Weebly Team so they can figure out what's giving you that 400 Bad Request error. They'll be able to file a ticket with engineering if necessary so they can take a closer look.
