Question about "General Terms" link on the Checkout screen of the online store

On the checkout screen there is a statement that says "By continuing I agree to the General Terms" and "General Terms" is a hyperlink. When my customer clicks on it they get an Error 404 page.  Is there something I missed setting up somewhere?
