Question About Paid Services

Hi,

Question about Square's fees - I will be sending monthly invoices to my clients on a recurring basis, so I know the charges will be 3.5%+.15 cents. However, I noticed on the 'Pricing and Subscriptions' page that it says "You are billed monthly for all active paid services (excluding free trials). Additional charges will be made per usage. You may also be charged sales tax if applicable."

What services is this referring to? Is there something else that I must pay aside from transaction charges? 

Also - the charges per transaction, are those taken out automatically when a client pays me, or do I receive an invoice each month for all the processing fees from clients paying me?

@ianhky. Here are all the fees.  There are no additional fees for invoices other than the transaction fee.  All transaction fees are taken out automatically at the time the transaction is processed.  Your deposit will be the difference.  Fees are not taken out monthly.  Hope that helps.

I just wanted to clarify for anyone else reading this thread that that the fee for Square Invoices is 2.9% + 30¢. 

Additionally, "paid Services" refers to Square's features that you pay a subscription fee for, for example, Square Appointments, or Square Payroll. A full list of paid services is available in the Pricing section of our website. From that section, scroll down to Software Products for a complete list of paid services.
