We recently received funding from a local business for the purchase of 3 iPads. The intent for these is to use them in our concession stand as well as at our local county fair. We are trying to decide on what accessories we would like to purchase. Ideally, they would be independent systems, sharing one register - basically to maintain inventory numbers. If we purchase one USB cash drawer, will we be able to verify the income from the other 2 ipads at the end of each night? What is the cost to run Square? We are dealing in cash sales only. first, the best part for you. IF you are using cash only then Square is 100% free to use. the only fees are for taking credit cards.
as for what you need that is a bit more tricky. are you wanting each iPad to have a cash drawer maintained only with that drawer and sales from that iPad? I would recommend each iPad gets its own Square Stand. do you need receipts? with the Square Stand a usb cash drawer can attach directly to the Square Stand.
