Is anyone else having problem using the square app after on a Samsung tablet after the Android 10 update? Everything worked fine up to the update, now when I try to process a payment I get the message "Restore internet to take payment". Before you respond, my internet is working fine on the tablet. I have made sure all the apps are updated, even uninstalled and reinstalled square with same error message. The payment processing works perfectly well when I use my Samsung smart phone to process.
Sorry to hear that. Thanks for reinstalling the app! Usually that fixes most glitchy behavior - sorry that didn't happen for you.
What about the OS on your tablet, is it updated? @pattih
@JustinC The update to my OS on the tablet was done 8-11-2020 which is what caused the problem to begin.
Oh sorry, totally missed that in your initial post. Sounds like a device factory reset is in order but this issue is better suited for Samsung Support to troubleshoot, especially since the app works fine on your smartphone.
