I am having a really hard tim connecting to the customer display app. I've followed the troubleshooting page, turned off Bluetooth and made sure everything was up to date. Can anyone help out?
Did you make sure that both of the devices that you're using are running the same version of iOS? This usually causes some trouble if they're running different versions.
