I'm a newbie here; my online store is live. I'm participating in a virtual sale this week. There have been about 73 visits to my store and about 267 page views but no sales. I did a test transaction this weekend and my main credit card was declined in that transaction but my backup card was accepted. I'm wondering if potential customers at my store are also being declined. Is that something that can be checked from the tech people on Square's end? Thank you.

For online sales, there are a few reasons why a CC would be declined:
Otherwise, all Square does is relay the sale information to the card issuing bank and returns the bank's response. Customer service can look into it a little further, but there is only so much Square can do.
