whenever I print a report it just prints the horizontal lines and not the texts. When I make a sale and the receipt prints, it doesn’t show the items printed it just shows the store header ticket number, receipt number and total.
anyone else encountered this? I tried installing/reinstalling the app, reset the iPad, unplugged and plugged everything. I also tried signing in and out of my appleID. No luck.
I used a different iPad with the same printer and it works just on this specific iPad it happens.

Hmmm..... the only thing that I could see being an issue is the iOS version itself. Are you running the latest version? If not, please try doing an update to 15.1.1 and see if that solves it.
Since you are able to pull reports off of a different iPad with no issue, that leads me to believe that there's a version discrepancy between Square and iOS. Especially if this tablet is in a stand, I've seen some really weird issues pop up when iOS updates and/or when the Square app updates expecting the latest iOS version.
