Printer Connection Issues

Hello! New to the square community here! My DYMO 550 pro label writer keeps saying it isn't supportive with the square pos... However when I look online it says it is compatible. 

For more information we are trying to use it as a receipt printer and it is only a USB. 

Not sure what to do and have tried everything... Any information is appreciated! Thank you!

HI @theartscenter Dymo label writer can be used to print labels from your desktop or laptop computers, if you have Square for Retail subscription. It's not supported on POS mobile app. Support article here.

We are currently not able to support Dymo printers on POS, as the manufacturer(Dymo) doesn't offer integration technology for iOS and Android. We have shared the feedback with the manufacturer and working with them to identify a solution.

Hi! Thank you so much for the information! We knew how to print labels and have been enjoying that part of the square for a while now! 

Another question we have is there any way to print receipts from square pos? And are their any printers compatible to do so? Thank you again!
