Print customer activity

Is there a way to print a customer’s activity for the year? I’ll need dates and purchase amounts and prefer for the business info to be there as well. I feel like i did this in the invoice section last year but can’t figure out how to draw in the existing activity.

Hi @Melmt,

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋 

You can print a customer's activity out and filter when they were last active via your Customer Directory. First, select Filters in the top right-hand corner and specify a date range. Once you've filtered your customers by activity, click on their profile and select the three ellipses and scroll to > Print Customer.

I just followed your steps on the dashboard and the longest I could get for past transactions this way was 3 months.  How would you do this for a Year of sales for a Customer or longer.  Gift cards are held for 5 yrs ( or longer ?) but we can only go back 3 months to see what a customer has bought or am I missing something?

You can adjust the dates you'd like to see, @Candlestore. Select Filters from the Directory page and click on Date to adjust which purchases you'd like to see:
