Postal code is invalid, when updating address

I have been using squareup for years. Recently, I want to update the address, for printing new address on the receipt.

 

When I fill in new address and press save button, it pops up message "Postal code is invalid". So, I cannot save the updated information.  However, there is no Postal code in Hong Kong.  It seems the system knows, as there is no postal code field that I could fill in the address section.

 

I am using the address which was registered couple of years ago.  I think this issue is caused by the previous updates of Square.

 

For more information, there is issue for me to switch off the "showing address" in the receipt setting.  It pops up message "We're sorry, but something went wrong."


Any idea to fix this?

HI, if you signed up in the US and now wanting to add a new international address it will not work.

Hello,

 

I didn't signed up in the US.  The country/district remains unchanged.  I just moved my shop to the next block, and want to edit the Address Line.
