The chat support is useless. Does anyone know if (and how ) I can have a client add their payment information to file after they've already paid an invoice? It's a condition of my contract and they forgot to do it.

Hey there @mwsmedia. In this case, you'll need to manually add the card on file. The only way your client can add it on there end is if they're paying another invoice.
Thanks -- I figured out that was the only option, no thanks to the chat support, which if it's not entirely bot-run, might as well be, the way they steadfastly ignored the context and specifics of my inquiry...
