I had a credit card sale that I refunded immediately , now customer says it didn’t refund. I think it did, but is there a way to prove whether or not it did?

I appreciate the info...... I am pretty sure it refunded, and was thinking maybe customer is trying to pull a fast one, however if their bank takes time to refund, that could be the issue, as it was on the 11th this transaction occurred. Thanks again for the help.
