Please help, I can't send an invoice. Ive rebooted, I've tried all the trouble shootings.

That's no good! Are you attempting to send an invoice from your Square App or Square Dashboard? And are you receiving any error messaging that is blocking you from sending that invoice? 

 

You can always send invoices right from your Square Dashboard, to create an invoice online from your Dashboard:

  1. Visit Invoices > click Create Invoice.
  2. Select a recipient from your Customer Directory or enter a new name and email address. You can send an invoice to up to 9 recipients, and all new customer contact information will automatically save to your directory.
  3. Fill out your invoice.
  4. Click Save to send the invoice later, or Send to issue it.
  5. If you’re charging a customer’s payment card on file, select a payment card from the drop down list below Payment > select a date to charge the card > Charge.

I've got the same issue.  Initially it was just from my computer (would freeze up when I hit send or save), which I was unable to remedy, so I switched to sending invoices from my phone.  Now that gives an error message when I try to send as well.  Time to switch to a different credit card processor maybe?

I would also double check that your browser is a current version on either Google Chrome or Safari. Those two browsers tend to work the best!

I am unable to send out an invoice for some reason, it doesn’t tell me why but it blocks me from sending out either via text or email. So frustrated and don’t know what to do

There is no error code it just says undeliverable, the phone number and email are both correct and confirmed.
