Pinterest Verify and Add Tag Section not working

I tried to add the HTML Code to the Verify and Add tag section I press on the blue link and nothing happens, how do I add or change it?

Did you go through the tag guidelines article, just to make sure your site qualifies? 

Another option I would say to make sure you're using Google Chrome when trying to get this implemented. If this still doesn't do the trick, reaching out to our CS Team would be the best next option: 1-855-700-6000.

Apparently they said something was suppose to be done on the back end they said, no real explanation as to what was wrong..
