When I first signed up for square I played around with the app for a while. I was just informed that Square thinks I have employees and a payroll while I have neither. Can this be fixed? I’ve emailed and received an email in return that someone from Payroll would contact me. That was several days ago. I’m wondering if there is something I can do on my own to rectify the problem.

At this point, your best option would be to call our Support Team directly. They will be able to get you in touch with the Payroll team, so direct action can be taken on the account.
