need to be able to run monthly or weekly labor and contractor costs and compare to sales and inventory. Cannot run a contractor report or download it ... how do I run year to date or monthly total of contractor payments, add in labor for a location then plug in sales and what I am generating for a period of labor and contractor costs

For sales vs labor reports this isn't something payroll shows specifically, but perhaps creating a Custom Report is your best option - as it can display either all paycheck details, the contractor totals, or your company's totals for any given date range.

I only used a contractor a few times and they are requesting tax payment information. I have no idea where to find it on this website.
