I added hours in employee's timecard but it shows no hours worked when i try to run payroll. what do i do?
Hi @ggg1! 👋 To jump into your first question of not being able to find the button to import timecards:
Now to the other part of your question- if you're still not seeing any hours worked under your employee's timecards, it could be because there are duplicate entries for that employee in the Timecards and Payroll section of your Dashboard. If that's true, you'd need to match the Timecards profile to the Active Payroll profile, which you can do by matching each of the profile tokens (these are located at the end of the URL in the Dashboard).
For example, here is the active Payroll profile URL:
https://squareup.com/payroll/employer/employees/ZZZEMPLOYEE_TOKENZZZ
Make sure that the Timecards profile with the matching token (ZZZTOKENZZZ) is active and recording the employee’s timecards.
