A client of mine said that they sent payment over a couple of days ago (they paid with credit card), however I just checked my dashboard and it says that the balance is still outstanding. In my experience, all payments made with credit card have gone through right away. Is there a reason why the payment is taking so long to show up, or did they just not submit it properly?
Sounds like customer error. If they did submit it would say paid and there would be a transaction posted and you would see it in you deposit report.
